Access Control and Time & Attendance systems in an automotive industry

This implementation of Access Control and T&A systems covered over 2500 employees of a rubber parts manufacturer in the south east region of Poland that supplies leading automotive companies. The Client having had employees working in multiple production halls located on a vast premises expressed his need to record the start and ending time of work on each production floor.

Consequently twenty AC2100 terminals were installed in the office building and production halls.

Already in the first month following the implementation and noticing the tangible benefits, our Client decided to expand the system by adding seven more terminals with access control to the smoking rooms in order to record time spent there by employees.


As a result of this implementation our Client benefits are:

• one centrally managed system using MS SQL data bases
• identification of persons using proximity card technology, which simultaneously served as employee ID badges, and identification through bio-metrics
• work ethics improvement among employees

Following the implementation and launching of the system AutoID Polska S.A provided training and assistance to the users.
